  • Legal Entity: Komodo Honeymoon is a premier brand operated under PT Juara Bahari Nusantara, a registered Indonesian Perseroan Terbatas (Limited Liability Company) and a member of the Juara Holding Group.
  • Tourism License (TDUP): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP) issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, authorizing us to operate as a full-service tour and travel provider.
  • Tax Compliance (NPWP): As a registered Indonesian taxpayer (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), we contribute responsibly to the national economy that supports the infrastructure we use.
  • Crew Welfare & Insurance: The well-being of our crew is critical. All our employees are registered under the national BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (employment social security, including accident and life insurance) and BPJS Kesehatan (universal health care) programs.

Maritime Safety & Vessel Certification

  • Vessel Registration & Seaworthiness: Each of our phinisi yachts is fully registered with the Indonesian Directorate General of Sea Transportation (Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut) and holds a valid Surat Ukur (Certificate of Registry) and Pas Besar (Tonnage Certificate), subject to regular inspections.
  • SOLAS-Grade Safety Equipment: Our vessels are equipped with safety gear that meets the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) standards. This includes:
    • Professionally serviced inflatable life rafts with capacity for all persons on board.
    • EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon) for satellite distress signaling.
    • VHF and SSB radios, GPS plotters, and satellite phones for constant communication.
